Sharon W. McCormick is an award-winning marketing, business attraction, and place-branding professional with more than 20 years of experience helping communities strengthen and promote their unique identities. As Director of Business Attraction & Marketing for Redevelopment Management Associates, she develops strategic marketing, branding, business attraction, and community engagement initiatives that support economic growth and enhance local character.
Known for her creative and strategic approach, Sharon has led award-winning campaigns and placemaking programs for communities throughout Florida and has been a featured speaker at local, regional, and national conferences. Her work has earned numerous honors, including Florida Redevelopment Association Roy F. Kenzie Awards and an ICSC Maxi Award for Marketing Excellence.
Sharon is also deeply committed to community service in Palm Beach County. She is a founding member of the Alliance of Women Executives and a former leader within the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, where she was recognized as Sustainer of the Year for her volunteer leadership and community involvement. She was also honored as the Robert & Mary Montgomery Armory Art Center’s nominee for the Wachovia Woman Volunteer of the Year, reflecting her longstanding commitment to the arts, volunteerism, and community service in Palm Beach County.
