Alicia “Lee” Bersch is a dedicated educator, leader, and community advocate known for her true “teacher’s heart.” With degrees in Media and Education from Fairfield University, Central Connecticut State College, and Wesleyan College, her career has spanned both the media and education fields, including work in broadcast television and more than 20 years teaching television production and career skills in South Florida schools. In 2018, she received the prestigious Dwyer Award for Excellence in Education.
A lifelong supporter of personal growth and community empowerment, Lee has volunteered as a literacy advocate and technical skills instructor for adults for more than 30 years. Following her retirement from the classroom, she served as Executive Director of the Lantana Chamber of Commerce.
Today, as a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team and co-leader of Apex Empowerment, Lee continues to coach and inspire individuals and organizations in leadership, communication, and personal development.
