AWE awards scholarships and new laptops to young women graduating from high schools in Palm Beach County who continue their education locally at Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, Palm Beach Atlantic University or Palm Beach State College.
Scholarship checks are sent to the students college or university and deposited directly into the students account to be used for tuition, books and other educational expenses.
Since 2018 AWE has awarded 152 scholarships, totaling $228,000.00.
AWE focuses exclusively on Palm Beach County, fostering strong connections with local students and institutions. Our member-based model offers flexible involvement opportunities without mandatory obligations, allowing a diverse range of supporters to contribute meaningfully.
