Scholarship Requirements

All applicants must:

Be a young woman graduating from a Palm Beach County high school
Have a minimum unweighted 3.0 GPA
Documents to be uploaded with your application:
1. A recommendation letter from a high school teacher or guidance counselor
2. The first page of current high school transcript
3. An acceptance letter from Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, Palm Beach Atlantic University or Palm Beach State College
Complete the Scholarship Application below.
Submit a 500 – 1000 word essay on the following topic: Why are you deserving of an AWE scholarship? (Please refrain from using AI)
Recipients must be present at the Awards Ceremony on April 28, 2026 at 5:00 pm at Wycliffe Golf & Country Club – 4650 Wycliffe Country Club Blvd, Wellington, FL 33449 to receive their awards.

Scholarship Application will be available February 1, 2026.

Acknowledgments & Agreements

Alliance of Women Executives (AWE) Scholarship/Laptop Award Policy Eligibility Requirements Scholarships are awarded to graduating high school seniors selected by our Board of Directors. Recipients must be accepted into one of our designated partner institutions: Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, Palm Beach Atlantic University or Palm Beach State College Laptop Provision Policy In addition to a scholarship, students will receive a laptop to support their academic success. Laptops are intended solely for students who enroll and attend one of the designated partner institutions listed above upon graduation from high school. If a student's enrollment status changes for any reason, including but not limited to: Failure to enroll following high school graduation, attend a non-partner school or withdrawal prior to beginning college the student is immediately required to return the issued laptop in good working condition. Non-Compliance and Recovery Measures Keeping the laptop after a student is no longer eligible to have it violates this policy. If the laptop is not returned within 30 days of a change in enrollment status, AWE reserves the right to pursue further actions, which may include but are not limited to: Issuing formal written demands for return and/or pursuing legal action to recover the device or its value. Acknowledgement By accepting the scholarship award and the issued laptop, the recipient confirms they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. Alliance of Women Executives (AWE) Scholarship/Laptop Award Policy

Eligibility Requirements

Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, Palm Beach Atlantic University or Palm Beach State College

Laptop Provision Policy
In addition to a scholarship, students will receive a laptop to support their academic success. Laptops are intended solely for students who enroll and attend one of the designated partner institutions listed above upon graduation from high school.
If a student's enrollment status changes for any reason, including but not limited to:
Failure to enroll following high school graduation, attend a non-partner school or withdrawal prior to beginning college the student is immediately required to return the issued laptop in good working condition.

Non-Compliance and Recovery Measures
Keeping the laptop after a student is no longer eligible to have it violates this policy.
