RENEWALS

Membership is from January 1st to December 31st.  You will receive a renewal notice prior to January 1st.  

PAYMENTS

DOES THE SYSTEM REMEMBER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?  

Yes, if you chose “Automatic Recurring” payments as your payment option upon registering for membership.  

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL RECURRING SUPPORT?  

For your convenience and peace of mind, please note that recurring monthly support can be modified or canceled at any time by emailing info@aweinc.org

CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Yes, please choose the “Check by Mail” payment option in your membership profile or on the donate page.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED?

Once you enter your credit card information, it may take up to 30 seconds to process.  Once that’s done, a confirmation screen will appear.  You will also receive a confirmation via email immediately following the transaction.  If you don’t get a confirmation screen or an email, it probably did not complete.

EVENT REGISTRATIONS

I CAN’T REMEMBER IF I REGISTERED FOR AN EVENT?

When you are logged in and go to an event page, a pop up will appear telling you that you are registered, if you have already registered for that event.

PASSWORD

I NEED A PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The system we use for your profile is set to automatically send you a password to the email address we have on file. You can request a new password at anytime.

REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD

Go to the login page and select the second radial button “Request Password” if you are a member but do not have a password and follow the directions. You will be sent a password to the email address we have on file. If you don’t receive your password shortly, check your spam filter. Once you receive the email with the password in it, you can log in to your profile.

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

If you already have a password, you can simply log in using it. And if you forget it, you can simply reset it (as often as you need to).
